Join us Saturday, October 7th from 10am to 2pm as we dive into what goals we have for ourselves, and aligning our actions and energy with getting there. It’s going to be a day filled with music and motion, and reflection and conversation.
Calling all women who want a day to connect, refocus, and refresh. This will be a morning full of meditation, discussion, and meeting of other like-minded, motivated women. This workshop is perfect for you if you love self-development, laughter (who doesn’t like laughing?), and inspirational speakers.

A vegan, gluten free lunch will be provided with the cost of your ticket. Please feel free to bring your own meal if you are more comfortable with this.
Dress comfortably as there will be some light yoga and breath work.
